1. What is the difference between a valet and a detail?

A valet is a thorough clean, inside and out. Detailing goes deeper - focusing on paint correction, scratch removal and long-term protection like ceramic coating.

 

2. How long does a valet take?

It depends on the package and size of vehicle. A basic valet may take 1-2 hours, while a full or signature valet can take 3-4 hours.

3. Do I need to be home during the valet?

No, as long as we have access to the vehicle and a power/water source, you don't need to be present.

4. Do you need water or electricity?

Some services do, but we'll let you know in advance if they are needed for your booking. With enough notice we may be able to provide our own water.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card, cash and online payments.

6. Can you remove pet hair or stains?

Most of the time! Deep interior valets/optional extras are designed to tackle pet hair/stains and unpleasant odours. Upon arrival or when quoting before the booking, we will be able to let you know if the stain is possible to be removed.

7. Do you offer mobile services?

Yes - we come to you! Just book a time and location.

Yes, we are fully insured to work on your vehicle, giving you complete peace of mind.
